Systems Completion
Systems Completion is the process of taking a project from engineering into construction, transitioning to full mechanical completion, ready for operations. The objective is to demonstrate that a facility and all its components are built and installed according to the design intent and function according to project specifications. All preceding activities play a role, generating large amounts of information and data to be managed, making Systems Completion a highly critical and complex phase of the facility life cycle.Novus provides multidisciplinary systems completions teams: Systems Completion management, system owners, engineers and planners, along with the required systems and tools, to deliver the commissioning and start-up phase of the project.
