Prior to becoming a shareholder and Director in Novus, Kevin was a Senior Vice-President for the Oil & Gas business unit with SNC Lavalin, now Atkins Réalis, an EPC company serving multiple sectors. He joined Kentz (an Irish international multi-discipline services and construction company), acquired by Atkins in 2014, in 2001 and held several leadership positions in both Finance and Operations. Kevin has 30+ years of experience in various aspects of operations, financial, commercial and M&A. He has managed business operations in Russia, Malaysia, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East. Kevin is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of South Wales.

Over 20 years experience in the energy, pipeline and power sectors, operating as a senior executive leading global business units delivering EPC projects and Systems Completions and Commissioning services on major oil & gas, resources and telecommunications programs.

Qualified professional quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry. Construction (Greenfield and Brownfield), O & M, Shutdown and Commissioning & FSU project experience in Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Ireland. Experienced in managing all aspects of safe project operations, now focused on strategic client relationship management and project delivery in Kazakhstan.

Over 20 years’ experience of business development within the energy and resources industry. Extensive global market knowledge in engineering, construction and commissioning services. Alan holds an MBA.

Kelly has over 15 years of experience in a variety of finance roles and is responsible for the financial operations of the group. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Limerick and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

A qualified HSE Professional with over 30 years of extensive experience across HSE and HR/TM project organizations. HRM/IRM professional with additional oversight for the Human Resource, Industrial Relations and Talent Management.
